CHECKING THE GOODS

When receiving the order, please record a video when opening the package and checking the product before use.

Please carefully check the packaging and packaging condition of the package/package.

EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT

If the package/package shows signs of damage (torn/dented/broken/wet) and you suspect that the goods inside have been damaged, please refuse to accept the goods and notify AIN.

Exchange period: Within 3 days from the date you receive the product from the shipping unit.

AIN supports one-time product exchange, the exchange order must have a value equal to or greater than the purchased order (excluding shipping fees).

AIN does not refund the remaining amount if you choose a product of lower value.

AIN has the right to refuse to exchange the product if the product does not meet one of the conditions below:

The product still has the original label.

The product has not been used, not been washed, not dirty and has no strange smell.

The product is not defective due to the customer's storage and transportation process.

The exchange policy only applies to full-priced products.

Shipping fee for exchange:

If there is a defect from AIN, we will cover the shipping fee.

If it arises from the customer's needs, please pay the 2-way shipping fee.

Please send the product to AIN within 3 days from the date of receiving the exchange order. After the above deadline, AIN has the right to refuse to exchange the order.

Note when sending goods through the delivery service:

AIN is not responsible for the integrity and completeness of the goods inside the package when you send it through the delivery service.

You need to pack carefully to ensure that the goods are not damaged or lost. You should take photos of the product and package before sending it back to AIN.

Storing images will help to better resolve problems that arise during the exchange process via delivery services.
